A simple speeding case which got pretty complicated. Andy Cash put a lot of effort in at the firm’s expense. Even after I made a silly strategic error he found a way round and I still have my licence.

First offence in magistrates court
During my first meeting with Andy Cash he was very professional and outlined best/worst case outcomes as well a small 'to do' list.
On the day in court, Andy spoke in my defence, the judgement given was instant and I accepted as fair.
I'm sure that there are the odd exceptions, but my impression was that the local legal magistrates court system works well.

Drink drive offence
Acted promptly at short notice and provided clear and practical advice. Due to covid Christopher Wall took the reins for the sentencing hearing and was up to speed in good time.

andy was amazing he talked me though everything so i understood it all theres no messing about with him he says it how it is. And i think its the best way. I would highly recommend andy he has helped me befor and if i ever need help again i would give him a call without doubt.

My elderly father was charged with a driving offence.

Fantastic legal team
I would like to thank everybody at cartwright king for there help and hard work in fighting my case and especially thank Abbie Fitzgerald, Andy cash and Simon Clark for all there amazing efforts in getting my case dismissed from the crown court on a technical legal argument.
