I cannot rate these Solicitors enough. I found them to be very responsive and quick in turning around my conveyancing. From starting with sending me all my paperwork to completing my transaction. I would come back to them when I need a Lawyer again in the future and would like to thank the girls at the Kings Heath Office. A* Service.

Worst communication

Massive mistake
We initially chose GP due to them being highly rated on our mortgage providers portal. We never got any type of service and think if it was constant chasing from my partner we would still be waiting to exchange now. A formal complaint is being sent in as we paid for services that we ended up having to do an received no legal advice at all.

Very professional
I head hunted Alisha Noreen after been recommended by a friend and she has really upheld her reputation. I used Glover Priest for purchase of my council house from Birmingham City Council. I was very surprised to find out that inspite of being a big law firm with offices in several locations, they are very reasonably priced. There IT system and online portal is so great that I literally just had to physically go in their King's Heath office once to meet my solicitor in person for wet signature on a document, otherwise everything else was dealt with online and over the phone and it was amazing experience.
Legal Assistant Porsha Annikey and Solicitor Alisha Noreen were very helpful from beginning till the end. They explained everything very well and held our hand through the process. I was dreading the delays as seller was the council and I was first time buyer but Alisha was always a step ahead and Porsha was right behind her following up everything. They dealt with the council and the lender very efficiently and effectively. King's heath office location is very convenient as well. Ample street parking available.
If you want to save time, effort and money, then Glover Priest and their team are definitely the one to use.

Thanks Alisha
Alisha had to step in as a replacement for Umar, who went on an emergency leave. She worked remarkably quick & admirably completed our house completion in a seamless manner. I appreciate her sincere efforts in bringing us upto the task very quickly & get everything done. Thanks Alisha for helping us to move into our dream first home.

Your matter was disinstructed by the firm due to the foul language and aggressive calls that you have been using when communicating with your conveyancer. As a firm we operate a zero tolerance to any form of abuse made towards any member of our team.

Very satisfactory
I only had contact with Ms Noreen's PA, Chloe - but this had no impact on the service I received. It was always prompt, efficient and clear. I was very happy with the service.

House purchase
Glover Priest provided us with an excellent and professional service when acting for us in the purchase of a property. It was a difficult transaction but the solicitor Alisha Noreen was very helpful with her advice. Also, we must mention Chloe Trueman who was excellent and extremely helpful. Thank you both. Very efficient service
I purchased a house and instructed Glover Priest to help me during the process. Alisha and Chloe kept me informed of the progress at each step of the way and answered any questions I had. The service was good value for money and they were very professional.
