Verity handled our sale & purchase. She was an absolute breath of fresh air in comparison to all our previous solicitors. She was extremely efficient, professional, thorough and happy to clarify any queries we had. We never once had to chase her... She's 'top drawer' as my nan would have said!

Ms Verity Donaldson was both professional and respectful. She went out of her way to help as I am now an elderly widow and some things can be more difficult for me, especially with technology. When my husband was alive, we used Berry and Lamberts. (it was just Lamberts then) for a number of years and I will still continue to use them. They are reliable and efficient.

We were most impressed with the quality of service we received. Our solicitor kept us fully updated throughout our lengthy and difficult sale and provided us with valuable advice and guidance. Our chosen solicitor specialises in shared ownership sales and this was invaluable during the transaction. Completion day was a smooth process and everything was dealt with by mid morning.
