A very thorough, friendly and patient experience with the conveyancing team. They were very quick to respond to all my questions with my house purchase and did a very quick turnaround to ensure completion by the deadline! Highly recommend, especially Karen Gaywood!

Overall very happy. They made the house sale/purchase process very easy. Communication was great and everyone I spoke to was lovely.
Just as a bit of business feedback, I've worked with other firms that have an online portal which allows you to track the process of searches and enquires which was so helpful and saves time having to e-mail or call asking for an update.

Fabulous!
Karen has been fantastic in helping me with purchasing my first home. Everything was simple and I was kept up to date at all times. Everything was explained clearly and in detail. Karen has fantastic communication, and responds to emails the same day, I didn’t have to chase Karen for anything once and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. I will be using Karen again with any further moves or purchases, as I cannot fault her.
