We have finally sold our house in Mileham after just over 12 months and no less than 5 potential buyers, the final one being the new owner. Possibly the most difficult and stressful thing we've ever done and without the help of Marion Oliver I don't know how we'd have managed. Marion was recommended to us by Haart Estate Agents; her professionalism and personal attention to every detail we very quickly came to value. Even in the darkest days of the twelve months after another would-be buyer had blown out, Marion never lost sight of our goal even though we had all but given up. Once again thank you Marion and best wishes to you and everyone at Ward Gethin Archer from all the family.

I received excellent service from Marion who did the conveyance on my sale and purchase for me. She was always willing to talk with me if I had any questions I needed answering and made me feel comfortable when I needed her help. The speed at which she completed everything was incredible considering the problems she had to overcome.

First time we used them for an abortive purchase we were pretty impressed so we used them again when we found a new property. 2nd time around they were far less responsive and didn't seem to have any sense of urgency. Took a good month to send off for searches. Asked for some key information 3 times, despite us having sent it twice already.
