I am a Mortgage Broker and I have had the pleasure of working with Yasaman on a few complicated and very difficult loan redemptions . I was lucky to have her consistency, professional and knowledgeable expertise as all the cases were successfully completed. Her assistance and service to both myself and the clients has been critical for the success of these completions . Laising with lenders on completions is not usually an easy task for a broker and having a lawyer who is always there to answer your call is big plus for this. I have learnt a lot from her myself .

Always in Safe Hands
As a mortgage broker firm, we have worked with Yasaman since 2020 referring clients, both UK and foreign investors, for residential and commercial property purchases.
One complex case involved the splitting of a large family property portfolio. It involved a mix of semi commercial and residential properties with different timings for both bridging and also the buy to let mortgages exits. Yasaman also had to liaise and guide the litigation team to constantly update the agreed contracts to reflect the changing wishes of the client's requirements.
Without Yasaman's professionalism, care, and especially patience dealing with the changes of the transaction, the client may not have got their desired outcome. Highly recommend.

SUPERB SOLICITOR - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Yasaman is a trustworthy solicitor that performs to an exceptionally high standard. I have used many solicitors in the past and Yasaman is by far the best. All round top quality solicitor and advisor!
We have been working with Yasaman for c.2 years on numerous lending transactions where in some instances she has acted for us and other has acted for borrowers.
Her approach in dealing with commercial matter makes the process simple and is always handled with good customer care and communication.
A specific transaction comes to mind where we were financing a residential investment and it had to be done within 5 working days. She worked diligently through the case and gave great advice on how to mitigate risk on a complex deal.

Yasamazing - The best solicitor
I introduced two clients to Yasaman, one of whom was Chinese. This is a complicated enquiry straight off the bat. Timezones, enhanced money launders and delayed newbuilds (18 months+) weren't enough to stop Yasaman.
She is always at the end of the phone and if she's not, she will come back quickly.
Would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic
Yasaman was absolutely fabulous in helping us with our first time property purchase. She walked us through all of the steps and explained what seemed like complex matters in a way which was so easy for us to understand. She took the time to make sure we fully understood all of our property surveys and was prompt at responding to all of our queries. She made a daunting process exceptionally simple for us and even helped to highlight how dog ownership may effect our leasehold something we would have never considered. Quite frankly she was amazing in steering us through matters. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
