Estate
Sarah has been absolutely perfect when dealing with my late dad,s estate. Sahra is very thorough when dealing with the details. Communication throughout has been first class, estate now settled. Sarah has been very considerate and approachable throughout the process. Excellent service.

Will creation
Sarah was great, she explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside our meetings.

A stress-free Will and POA-making process.
I’m 71 and although it was time to update my Will and begin a POA I prevaricated. I imagined the process to be the legal equivalent of an overdue visit to the dentist or completing a tax form (possibly in another language). In reality Scullion Law provided a solicitor who guided me through the process with efficiency, expertise and good humour; addressing every query I had.

creation of will
As my I.T skills are limited and following the initial first contact, I.T protocol, I subsequently felt reluctant to progress. I spoke with Scott Smith a member of the team at the Hamilton office about my issues of concern and I was immediately offered support to guide me through the process and the reassurance of one to one advice and guidance by my appointed solicitor Sarah Monaghan.
Sarah made herself available to my husband and me and was empathic, helpful and professional throughout.
All members of the Scullion Law team that we had occasion to speak and engage with, were friendly courteous and helpful throughout the process.
