Alex also specialises in acting for senior executives, advising on the terms of their appointment and departure and in particular advising them on workplace investigations. In addition Alex advises military personnel of all ranks on employment-related issues – the firm being a member of Forces Law.

Alexandra was brilliant. She dealt with the case professionally and made sure that any discrepancy was resolved. My company were trying to push for a quick close even though parts of the contract were incorrect. Alexandra stopped this, got them to extend the date to give us time to make sure everything was covered before we proceeded. Would 100% recommend and would use their services again.

Professional, helpful and supportive at a difficult time
I was very unexpectedly made redundant, with my employer pushing for a swift exit and arranged settlement agreement. Despite having used Gepp's before, Alex wasn't the first solicitor I spoke to but after reading the reviews on this page I reached out and was incredibly happy to have done so.
Having not been in this position before I was unclear of how to proceed and obviously needed someone to 'fight my corner' and ensure I left with the best possible package. From our initial call, Alex was helpful and supportive, she took control of the dialogue and strongly led negotiations to ensure I left with the best possible package and terms.
Alex was brilliant to deal with, she is professional, personable, down to earth and took the time to show she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome - I genuinely could not recommend her or her team highly enough.
