My only criticism would be that I didn’t have regular updates on the app which I thought would happen. But I do know there was staff absence during this so understand why.

The process took far too long for a simple remortgage. Once I had paid the initial money on account I heard nothing from the solicitor. I asked for updates several times from the solicitor, their assistant and the original person who gathered the information via email. The emails were completely ignored. Once the solicitor was in-touch to arrange a completion date I responded via email again and was completely ignored again.
I cannot put into words how appalling the service was I received for the money you charged me. I will never be using your services again for any transaction.

Smooth house sale with Bell Lamb & Joynson
I recently sold a house for the first time and used Bell Lamb & Joyson to carry out the conveyancing on my behalf. From the moment I registered, they were efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. All costs and tasks that needed to be completed were laid out for me to see and access in an easy format and I was kept updated at every step of the sale journey. As this was my first time selling a house, there were many aspects I was unsure about but my solicitor, Kelly Fearn, was always on hand to offer advice whenever I needed it and regularly went above and beyond in progressing my case as fast as possible.
I initially chose Bell Lamb & Joynson because they are a local firm but they have gained a customer for life. I would highly recommend using them for selling a property.

Above and beyond !!!
I can’t tell you how fantastic Kelly has been helping me through my Re-mortgage and repaying my help to buy loan. It’s been one of the most stressful experiences trying to deal with the HTB company but Kelly has gone ABOVE & BEYOND any expectations trying to sort this out, she’s worked out of hours trying to get hold of them and kept me updated every Step of the way. Just when I thought all hope was lost and my mortgage was not going to complete she (superwomen) sorted it !!!! I can not thank her enough for the work she has done on this.
We will always use BLJ for our conveyancing !!! Xx

Fast, professional service
