Expensive process
Contained in the settlement agreement was a quoted amount the business would contribute. This was up to £650.00. B & M charged me the full amount for a 9 minute call and a signature, expensive for what was required.

Repossession of my house

Flexible and first class
I was fortunate that my tenant moved from the property before the case was put before the magistrate.
I had deposited funds to cover the costs with my agent, expecting to be at least part charged for solicitors preparations to proceed.
I was delighted to be refunded the fee in full. I feel this was very generous, and goes to show the fair and flexible service provided to me.

Positive outcome
