Had amazing service from Liza Jary, she went above and beyond to get sale completed in record time. She is very responsive, always promptly respond to both telephone call and email and come backs quickly for any query. She is very meticulous and has thorough understanding of all the legal aspect of house sale. I will highly recommend her for any conveyancing.

A Rare Find
Liza and Courtney, her assistant, provided an excellent service. They were very efficient, communicated effectively and lead the proceedings with a very proactive approach. From experience a rare find, I would highly recommend Liza.

Efficient, responsive and effective
Liza acted for me in the sale of a residential property where swift completion was necessary. She is, as others have said, efficient, responds quickly and is an effective communicator. As a result she inspires confidence and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Wonderful service
Liza was extremely professional throughout our property case. Liza was always in hand by phone or email whenever we had questions or worries. I cannot fault Liza at all she was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be recommending Liza and the firm to friends and family in the future

Brilliant conveyancer
Liza is amazeballs! She is on it like a bonnet sorting out any glitch. She is extremely effective and responsive. You only wish everyone else in the chain had her as their solicitor too.

THE BEST SOLICITOR EXPERIENCE
Liza was amazing she took over our sale and purchase after we had to let a solicitor go in the middle of proceedings. She was very understanding of our dilemma and proceeded with kindness and humour, which we very much needed at that time. Always helpful and always at the end of a phone or email. Cannot thank her enough for quickly and efficiently getting us to the end of our journey.
Would recommend her to anyone needing a conveyancer. Our one regret is as we are moving so far away we shall not be seeing her again. So thank you Liza for all your help.

You will not find a better solicitor to help you move house!!!
This is the second time in 18 months Liza has helped me sell and buy a house. She is the best solicitor I have ever dealt with by a mile. Always available and contactable, always explains thing’s clearly, is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise and I would highly recommend her to anyone moving house.

Awesome
Great experience in, as always, difficult circumstances associated with house moves. Made more complex by me having a flat to convert to a BTL and poor communication from the agents. Liza gave me comfort through the transaction and pulled out the stops between exchange & completion 👍👌👏
