Ellie joined the firm in October 2021, bringing her previous case handling experience to quickly find her feet within the Company and Commercial team. Having graduated with a Bachelors of Law from Bournemouth University in 2020, Ellie stepped into her legal career despite the pressures of the pandemic, currently having completed over half of her practical training towards her solicitors qualifying examination. It is Ellie’s plan to complete her qualification in 2023 before her 25th birthday. Ellie has past experience working with mental health law, the court of protection and criminal motoring defence, but has most recently settled providing advice to both employees and employers in all areas of employment law. Under the supervision of Jon Dunkley and Dominic Hollingsworth, Ellie intends to build experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law and qualify with this as her speciality.

Settle Agreement representation

Employment dispute

A charity experience!
As a small charity seeking formal registration with the Charity Commission, we worked with Ellie Temple at Wollens over some months. it turned out to be a more complex process than expected, given the nature of our charitable 'Objects' are to engage in addressing animal welfare of cats on a specific Greek Island. However, with patience and sound advice along each stage with the Charity Commission registration process and extensive scrutiny by them, Ellie and her team got us over the threshold, and we gained charity registration in February! We are grateful for the expert advise and guidance Ellie provided with this challenging but worthwhile project!
