Ben Cresswell handled the conveyancing and purchase of a residential house in Swansea and the whole process was superb. Best conveyancing experience I have had to date - Ben was quick to respond to queries, and proactive in explaining updates and information (rather than just forwarding on stuff verbatim), flagging concerns and when things were fine. Was done in build up to end of Stamp Duty holiday so undoubtedly a very busy time for everyone, and it was all done in time with no issue.
Also JCP have embraced technology, most steps were done online where possible including the identification process which was much easier than getting certified copies and sending things off.
