Claire is good at what she does
I had Claire fighting my criminal injuries claim. We were so close to bringing the case to a close after 6 long years. Unfortunately, Linder Myers were closed down in December 2012. I've only just found out that the SRA shut the metamorph group down! It's now February 2023 and I've only just found out. Really struggling to find a good solicitor to continue with my case. No thanks to the SRA. I would like to say thank you for your dedication and hard work on my case Claire despite this awful situation the SRA have put on the firms and the firms clients. Very impressed. Slater Gordon, the Police Federation, NARPO and a panel of other law firms all suggested three years ago that I had absolutely no realistic chance of success and all agreed that I was to forget the whole matter. Knowing that I had been treated badly, unfairly, unjustly, I thankfully contacted Linder Myers and was put in touch with Claire. From the outset she was interested, polite, knowledgable and approachable. She was more than happy to take the matter on and was tenacious, meticulous and determined throughout. During the early stages of the matter, I bombarded Claire and her team with emails, documents, newspaper cuttings and a whole host of literature. I was quite unwell (mentally) at the time and I am sure that some of the information I provided was of absolutely no use at all. However, it was obvious that Claire went through everything in the minutest of detail. The tea, were fantastic and despite the odds, we won our case and the defendants settled before court. This is a great result and all thanks to Claire and her team. I now have some form of closure, can relax in the knowledge that my employer has admitted responsibility and can move on now.

Great service
From start to finish they Claire kept in touch. Amd I don’t think I would of got any compensation if I used another solictor as she didn’t give up hope and believed in me and knew that I deserved something even Wjen they saud no Claire kept trying as knew I was a genuine case highly recommended
