We have recently purchased our first house. Having researched different solicitors in our area Rees Page stood out the most. The service we received throughout the process was second to none. Samantha and Sue were very patient and informative, this made a very stressful process rather more enjoyable. Thank you to all those involved in our house move at Rees Page.

Samantha Brookes and her colleague Sue Head completed the sale of my Mother's property, which certainly was not without its problems. I was kept informed of each development and reassured at each stage. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel valued. I would strongly recommend their services.

Had used Rees Page before so it was an easy decision to make to choose them. Everything was well explained and completed in a timely manner. My best interests were always at the heart of everything.

Used a couple of years ago during my house purchase. Poor conveyancing service from start to finish. Solicitor suddenly stopped responding only to find out she'd retired. She never told me she was planning to even though it was planned retirement. My case was then taken up by Samantha but only after I enquired about it, otherwise they seemed to have no plan to transfer the cases to a new solicitor, and there was no handover. Samantha was slow and wouldn't even reply half the time. Would never use again.

Edit: in response to the reply, I don't know if these are true feedback but it doesn't change the fact she didn't reply half the time, to the point I had to complain to one of the partners, who didn't seem that bothered either. It also doesn't change the fact that I was never informed of Sue Jordans planned retirement and there was no handover.
