Child Contact
Having regular contact with your children is definitely something worth fighting for. Melissa assisted me with professionalism and patience. The result? Christmas 2021 was the best one I had over the last several years as I was finally able to take my children with me. It's all Melissa's merit and I will never thank her enough for making this possible. My recommendation? Should you have any issues with Family Law related matters skip all searches and look straight for Melissa's assistance.

Extremely grateful.......
Family law is not a career I would choose, simply because I don't think I could deal with people like myself! Melissa did a great job. A messy three year long divorce is not what I had planned and she helped me navigate it to an end I didn't think was possible. Emotions run very high during such a hard time and Melissa managed my hysteria well! Thank you Melissa, I am very grateful and in awe of what you must take on. I would highly recommend her in any family law issue.

Help with Divorce
I turned to Whitehead Monckton when there was a lot of confusion regarding the Consent Order for my divorce. Melissa Markham was able to pick up a messy work in progress, see through superfluous details and almost immediately proposed a much simpler solution. From there she helped keep the process moving. We achieved Decree Absolute earlier this week.
Divorce is a stressful process, but I really feel it was kept to a minimum by instructing Whitehead Monckton and Melissa.
