I’ve been dealing with Risdon Hosegood for almost 12 months on a house sale, aborted purchase and a successful purchase.
Paula Woodland and Ellie Roderick were outstanding throughout. Quick to respond, knowledgable, personal and flexible. They supported the sale through the first lockdown and ensured it was seen to completion and then turned the successful purchase (the aborted one was seller issue) inside of nine weeks to help me towards getting my family in our new home for Christmas.

Not just paperwork
Conveyancing when purchasing a new build and involving PX is trickier and requires education as well as advice. Shifting to joint ownership through use of a declaration of trust affects personal relationships and needs delicate handling. In all respects the team at Risdon Hosegood more than met the requirement filling us with confidence and ensuring a timely house move.

Always available.
Handled the sale of my late mother’s house. Paula has also handled house purchase/sakes for both of my sons. I’ve always found them very responsive and available. Being local helps with being able to hand deliver important documents. (Particularly original deeds etc.)
Had a call from agent asking if we could exchange within next 20 mins!! I laughed but reception got hold of Ben who called me straight back and dealt with immediately. Proceeds transferred same day as completion.
