Conveyancing Service for a Leasehold Apartment 2023
Just purchased my 1st property a week ago. I would like to thank my conveyancer Emily Withill and her team for their exceptional service . With most services being digital these days combined with being a 1st time buyer I was a little unsure I was going about the right way looking for a solicitor online but after a bit of research i decided to take a chance with Locking's Solicitors . Reasons were they are local , if they disappeared with my money I would just boycott in their office . I am kidding but I wanted solicitors local to me , just incase the digital service was not for me . I could just go in if needed . And of course , testimonies from other customers who have used them definitely made me choose them . Emily and I build good rapport, she was very professional and very methodical in her approach . She kept me on the loop about each stage of the transaction , broke down in simple workable stages what is involved in the transaction , who does what including my own tasks. I am very methodical in my approach and so this really made feel like there is no one who could have done this with me . Even in the next life , i would still choose to work with her , she is really good at what she does . Her team was also very wonderful , stepping in to answer any questions that I may drop on her inbox while she is away. Very well organised , there was never a time I emailed her and got "Sorry out of office, or out for lunch " , there was always someone to fill her place making it a seamless service. I couldn't even tell if she took lunch or days off . Would I use them again ? Absolutely , they met my expectations fully . Everything was transparent. Thanks Emily and Tina too

Excellent Service for Home Sale
I have used Lockings Solicitors twice for a house sale in the last 20 years, and the most recent in 2022 was the same great service I had in 2003. Tina Staples provided a fantastic service, excellent communication and attention to detail - thank you

Sale of 97 Meadowbank Road
My mother was the client but I dealt with parts. The house sale was held up by the buyer's mortgage application which of course was out of your control. Rachel Fawcett was very helpful and efficient during the sale and after the mortgage was agreed the sale went through smoothly with Tina.

Excellent Solicitors - Highly Recommend
I have used Lockings 7 times to buy and sell properties around the UK, which I think speaks for itself. Next time I buy or sell I would hope to use them again. Always a good, clear service at a fair price.
