We've been using Thornton Jones for a couple of years now and would happily recommend them for any of their services. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, right from the minute you walk through the door, and nothing is too much trouble. We have seen Jess a few times - to arrange family wills, POAs and to deal with land registry/deed issues. She has been brilliant, explaining everything very clearly then explaining it all again when I haven't understood the first time! She also raised points and made suggestions that I'd not considered which is exactly what you need when seeking legal advice on any matter. I'm currently seeing Steven to deal with a more complicated legal matter and he is great. He put me straight at ease and keeps in touch to update me regularly. I refer to them as "our solicitors" now as I don't expect to use anyone else in the future.

Jess at Thornton Jones provided a brilliant service throughout. Keeping in regular contact and always updating us. Service was linked to Wakefield Hospice so great all round being able to support a charity at the same time. Thank you Jess, will be certain to recommend.

I would like to thank Jess Orme who did my Will , Hannah Bowes & her team that really helped me through my Divorce & settlement and gave me excellent advice and support throughout and were very professional .
I have just purchased a property and I would like to thank Claire Ward & Emily Pinchbeck for all their help and support and patience ! .
Nothing was too much trouble for Claire and she was always available to answer any questions , problems , etc .
Albeit all the above is very daunting when you are reliant on them to sort everything out for you but I can honestly say you will be in good hands with T.J.S especially all the professional people mentioned above that helped me.

Received excellent care
Jess was very efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend. We received excellent care. Thornton Jones have been very efficient and helpful. Jess who did our Wills was brilliant to work with, she explained everything in detail and made it stress free.

Very impressed
I was very impressed with the service and professionalism at Thornton Jones, in particular Jessica Orme and Michelle Hitch who went out of their way to make sure I was fully informed at every step of the process. Jessica Orme was in constant contact during the process, informing me what step we were at and of time frames and acted with the upmost professionalism. Michelle Hitch was always available to answer any questions I had and always acted with the upmost professionalism. I have already recommended your firm to a colleague.
