Don't do what they are paid to do..

Used Terry Jones for the conveyancing of our house move in 2018. We've been chased up from the property maintenance company of our estate over arrears that was left behind unpaid by the previous owners, which now means we are liable to pay it. Luckily the amount is small, but could of potentially been £100's or £1000's.

Now the chance for them to redeem themselves and offer to pay the small amount due to their error of not making a simple call to the estate management company, they simply just said the best thing to do would be for us just to pay it as they know we are now liable for it.

So simply they didn't do this check (which knows what else was missed) and estate management companies are a regular now so there's no excuse for the check go have been missed (as the market wasn't crazy at the time either like it has been)

So basically we paid for them to be a conveyors and all they really done was the admin.

I would never use these again (much better in Shropshire)
