Ko (along with Rebecca when she was away) have both been amazing. Always helpful, always picking up the phone when I called - and I called alot! Every email was clear and I could always understand what needed to be done next. When there was complications due to issues within the chain, they both always tried their best to resolve the issues and speak with whoever needed to be spoken to and always reported back to me by the end of the day with an update. Ko was always professional and friendly, I never felt like anything was ever too much for her. Honestly great service from start to finish. Would recommend anyone moving to use FBC and request Ko, because I know they would recieve the best service.

We used FBCMB to carry out the conveyancing of our house move. From the lady on the reception to the Solicitor Ko we were treated with the utmost respect, time scales were kept to, we were kept informed throughout and would highly recommend to family and friends, the service went from start to finish with no hiccups, great value for money.

I 100% recommend Ko
Ko took over from another solicitor half way through, this worried me. However, was even better. She was always available to speak to, very professional at all time. I found Ko went the extra mile to help me and always put my mind at easy. I would like to say a massive thanks to Ko for all your hard work and professional manner. 100% recommended
