I used Bennett Griffin for an ILA from process. They were able to provide an excellent service at fairly short notice which was impressive given this was also during the time of the 'Pandemic' Stamp Duty Holiday. They were very personable and helpful and provided the service I needed at a competitive cost (substantially cheaper than 1 or 2 others I contacted). What was especially great was that the mortgage company were not helpful and being very pedantic so the form had to be changed twice at very short notice ( a few days before exchange) and Bennett Griffin did this within hours and e-mailed it direct to the mortgage company so as not to delay exchange. This was extremely helpful.

Very efficient service
Following issues regarding boundaries with a neighbour, I did some research into a firm of solicitors who were experienced in dealing with such matters. Bennett Griffin met the bill.
Abigail was our solicitor and I can only commend her efficiency and professionalism regarding the matter. Abigail provided the information we needed and dealt with the issues on our behalf and this has thankfully resolved the issues.
It just so sad when one has such difficult neighbours, but I would certainly recommend choosing Bennett Griffin solicitors to anyone who finds themselves in an issue regarding boundaries etc.
