Buy and Sell
FJG Clacton office helped us sell and buy our properties. My daughter also used them as well. Joanne and Debra at FJG done a great job and picked up on things that I would not have thought of. Great that if you need to you can always pick up the phone and speak to them anytime.

conveyancing
We used Fisher Jones Greenwood Solicitors Clacton for conveyancing on the sale and purchase of our property. I initially spoke to Joanne Millar who talked me through the whole process and what to expect and explaining charges etc., all was then received by post within 2 days.
Joanne kept us informed throughout always available to answer any queries either by phone or email.
The whole process for us was made very straightforward and easy as Joanne came across as very efficient professional and approachable in her attitude throughout the sale and purchase.

Excellent Service
Joanne Millar and Fisher Jones Greenwood were recommended to me, thankfully they provided a excellent service which was value for money,
I am extremelely happy with Joanne's quick, effective proactive responses when acting for me regarding the sale of my property, the property sale completed very quick even when multiple parties were involved which could of delayed the sale,
Joanne and her colleagues were always available to help via email or telephone as and when needed,
I would definately recommend Joanne Millar and Fisher Jones Greenwood!

Never fails.
We find Joanne Millar so helpful making you feel at ease when you speak to her. She has acted with speed in our transaction. Which at times was difficult. We will always use Joanne as a Solicitor. You can trust her knowledge and judgement.

Helped in completing the purchase of my first house
Would recommend Jonnie Miller to anyone.
Her experience is worth every penny, and all the paperwork came through so quickly.
If you really want the house you want, do not cheap out on a Solicitors, spend the extra money it is worth its weight in gold.

Great and thorough service
We have used Joanne on two previous occasions and were keen that she could assist us once again.
As before, Joanne was professional, thorough and provided a great service. She engaged with us frequently keeping us up to date. Despite some challenges with the other party Joanne worked really hard to help us achieve our desired outcome and we are very thankful for all her efforts.
