We used Lockings Solicitors to purchase our first house and we are extremely pleased with our choice. JC team was very helpful and really thorough with all of the enquiries. Rebecca, who dealt with us directly, showed us a lot of patience and understanding, nothing was too much of an ask. Emails replied to very promptly, I couldn’t recommend them more, they were spot on. We will recommend to any friends or family who are interested/looking to buy.
And the price isn’t high, especially for the exceptional service received.

Not proactive enough foe me.
I felt like i was the one doing the chasing. The day before the house was sold i had no idea if the exchange/sale was going to go ahead. Would not use again.

Excellent, efficient service
