House Sale

First time buyers
If you are buying a house (I bet they can help if you sell too), you need Heather and Victoria from JCP Solicitors on your team. They made it as stress free, easy and fast as possible. We just received paperwork to sign by mail, the rest was done by them. Most of communication is by email. They reply to the questions really fast. We just collected the keys from our house today and we are so exited. Thank you, Heather and Victoria. You are simply the best.

Conveyencing (house sale)
Heather and Victoria were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Whilst we had some issues with our first sale falling through, they were incredibly supportive in terms of getting us to the finish line with our next sale, clear on guidance and always took the time to explain things to us. Great service and people
Heather Nicholas and Victoria Holmes were amazing throughout our house purchase. Even though we weren’t in the area we still felt very well informed and involved throughout. They made the process very clear and were quick and happy to answer any questions. All the work they carried out was to the highest standard and it was a pleasure to deal with them.

Great Solictors for House Purchase
I used JCP Solictors for the first time during a recent house purchase. Heather Nicholas and Victoria Ward handled my case and were great throughout the process.
