Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and after a brief period working in residential property, she has specialised in commercial property ever since. Emma has worked in the region for over 20 years and joined Gotelee as an Associate in August 2017. She advises occupiers, investors, developers, funders and pension schemes on a broad range of commercial property transactions. Emma also has expertise in acting for clients in the leisure sector including dealing with public houses, hotels and restaurants. She has a particular interest in dealing with leases and acts for a number of landlords and assists them with general portfolio management. During her career Emma has gained experience in project management and has dealt with significant securitisation exercises and the disposal of several large property portfolios for a well-known plc.
