At the beginning of my working life I trained as a medical secretary and worked in a large London hospital. In 1996 I started work as a part-time receptionist with a firm of solicitors in Norwich. I became a junior fee earner and started my Law degree whilst with the firm. I help to manage people's financial and property affairs when the family are not able to do so and strive to provide an exemplary service. I work in a professional but friendly manner and I care a great deal about others. A client recently said to me “thank you for the kindness, patience, pragmatism and compassion with which you conducted the proceedings”. It is comments like that which make this job worthwhile and rewarding.
