Tim started at the firm as an articled clerk and qualified as a solicitor in 1990. Tim has practiced primarily in the Commercial Property sector with particular reference to the purchase, disposal and preparation of development sites for both commercial and residential developers including registered providers. This practice area also extends to large scale regeneration projects especially those relating to empty homes. Tim has also carried out general work for registered providers including the property element of housing management and also on large scale projects including solar PV installations. Work for registered providers also included security work and also the purchase of property portfolios.
