Purchase of 3 The Drive, Edgware
This is being bought for our son who has learning difficulties. We have been looking for years and this is the only flat that meets our criteria. We were twice gazumped and ended up in a contract race. This was very stressful for us as we are elderly, I am 85.
That it all went so well is entirely due to Sam Nolan of IBB Law who was very competent and able and helpful throughout and we are very grateful to him.
