Suki Hardy is a partner in the Commercial Property team. Suki qualified in 2002 and joined Gardner Leader as a property partner in the Commercial team in 2017, having previously been a partner at a specialist commercial real estate practice, based in Oxfordshire. Suki has broad experience in all areas of commercial property work, with an emphasis on the property development sector, portfolio management, electronic communications and landlord and tenant matters. Commercial Property Experience Suki is highly experienced in commercial property matters which encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development of land (including residential, commercial and industrial properties). She joined Gardner Leader in 2017 bringing extensive experience in property development and investment work (both commercial and residential), to include co-ordinating the UK property holdings of multi-national corporations. Property developer Rivar Ltd and a trail of other loyal clients continue to benefit from Suki’s expertise in property development portfolios. She has particular experience in the telecommunications and data centre industries, advising operators on all aspects of real estate and infrastructure matters.
