Very efficient service at a fair price
Initially contacted Browns after finding them through a web search due to my regular local solicitor quoting what I thought was a rather high price for acting for the purchase of a new commercial unit. Browns quoted almost half their quote which worried me a little because it sounded too cheap and I was concerned about the service I would receive. As it turned out, once they realised the work involved they revised their cost estimate to the same amount as what I had been quoted by my local solicitor. I was wary of using a solicitor remote from my area, but by this stage had paid a deposit so was rather tied in.
The solicitor appointed to deal with my purchase was extremely efficient, dealt with the vendor's solicitors without any chasing whatsoever (which has not been my previous experience with some solicitors), and kept me informed at all stages. So once over the disappointment with the revised costs I was very pleased with the service received and have no hesitation in recommending Browns.

Commercial property purchase
We chose Browns because their price was fixed and very competetive. We hoped for a reasonable service consistent with the price but our expectations were greatly exceeded.
Tajinder Rai and the team did a brilliant job for us, they were friendly, knowledgable, always responded promptly, patiently explained thing to us, listened to what we wanted and made the task of buying a property as simple, efficient and fast.
I thoroughly recommend Browns to anyone who is thinking of buying a property.
