I will definitely be recommending the ladies at FJG Colchester, they are so prompt and there was never any delays. They helped so much in taking the stress of buying a house away, Diana and Lorraine gave me constant updates so I was always in the loops and if I ever needed to call, Evie would be on hand to help and answer any of my questions.

Excellent Service from Diana and her team
I have found an excellent professional service from Diana with really fast responses and made the whole process as much smooth as possible. Even when I try to contact through her holidays the other team member "Lorraine" was very responsive. I want to thank you all so much and definitely will work with you again in the future.

used 2nd time
used FJG for second time with new build. Although due to market conditions causing our sale to drop out twice we eventually got there and FJG were there for us every step. On both occasions they have been very efficient and helpful and stuck to the agreed price. Would recommend all day long

THE BEST CONVEYANCING TEAM
Decided to employ Fisher Jones for the second time with our house move. Very impressed first time around and this time was even better. The only thing which could be improved is the switchboard as often long delays before calls were answered. Regarding communication during the process, we have no complaints. Our queries were always answered very promptly with emails even being received late in the evening or weekends. Diana and Lorraine are both very approachable and down to earth which makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. Very hard working people who are a credit to the firm. We highly recommend dealing with Fisher Jones Greenwood.

Brilliant service

Good service
FJG have worked well on a complex delayed house move. Diana Stott, Lorraine King and team have been professional and helpful throughout. Some written communications could have benefited from reducing jargon but in general I’m happy to recommend the firm.
