House Sale
The experience of RIAA Barker Gillette (and more specifically of Kane & Neil) managing the sale of our home during a particularly challenging period in the property market was second to none. At each step of the way we’ve had all the support, information & proactive communication that we could have needed. At one particularly worrying moment the risk of sale falling through arose, Neil was available the moment we emailed in a panic. He resolved it calmly and we progressed to exchange with no further stress.

Dispute Resolution
James, Vinay, Lalita & Kane have worked tirelessly on our complex administration of my late father for the past 2 years. This has included a dispute, eviction of a trespassers, grant of administration as well as the sale of a property.
I cannot thank them enough for their efforts in ensuring the right result for me and my sister in what has been an extremely stressful circumstance.
The whole team have our best interests at heart throughout. We are beyond grateful.

Commercial Landlord and Tenant
I was recommended to Kane Robin by an associate after having entered into a commercial lease which was awful and not dealt with correctly in the past, I could not have been happier for the recommendation. Kane was on the ball the entire transaction and was a breeze to work with. Kane even took time to advise on my current premises and advise i should have never signed this, I will 100% recommend and use Kane again.

10/10 Service
I have recently used Kane, who was recommended to myself, and after using other commercial solicitors I can honestly say that using Kane was certainly a breath of fresh air. Working in the property industry myself, working with other solicitors on residential side, I would certainly put Kane in the go to section for all my commercial needs. He is very responsive and his attention to detail is of the up most.
I would have no hesitation in using his services again and will be recommending his services going forward also.
