Conveyancing with abhortive sale and subsequent sale
Both Clare Gundry and Natalie Hopkinson at Farnfields provided an excellent service to me at what has been a very stressful time . I found the service both professional , supportive and friendly and would thoroughly recommend their services and those of the wider team at Farnfields.

Re-mortgage Conveyancing
Clare took on the task of conveyancing, with the assistance of Kathryn, and completed in seven days, a direct contrast to the lenders prediction of eleven weeks! Communication both ways was prompt and super efficient which undoubtedly helped to make an onerous task a delight.

Conveyancing - Pinner

Exchange on property
Following on from the review of our recent property sale, I would now like to express my appreciation and thanks for the brilliant efforts of Clare and Emily in the exchange process for our recent purchase. In order for us to benefit from the stamp duty "holiday" we needed to exchange on that day and we did so with an hour to spare! Tremendous effort by Clare & Emily. We look forward to completing in the near future.
