My husband was the victim of a serious RTC and suffered life threatening and life changing injuries. While I was at the hospital almost 24/7 during the critical first week a friend researched the best personal injury solicitor and he came up with Michael Wangermann of Ashtons Legal. As the case progressed Michael thought ahead and ensured my husband saw the very best experts and he secured the appointment of the very best barrister. The case took five years to settle but Michael and our barrister brought us to the best settlement they could. Michael made himself available and kept us up to date with everything. He guided us through a difficult and often upsetting litigation process, and made sure we had all the professional help we needed.
We would also like to thank Suzanne Whyman from the Lifetime Planning department for her support and assistance with setting up our personal injury trust, a power of attorney and our wills.

Thing I hadn't done
When everything is ticking along and everything happens to everybody else and one day, it happens to me and all of a sudden I had not done quite a lot apart from my will. So I made an appointment with my solicitor who was very understanding and helpful and made an appointment for me and now I have done all that I should have done years ago, and hopefully will save my family a lot of trouble.

Losing a Husband of 51 Years
Have used Ashtons since we moved here in 2005, a neighbour recommender them. When you lose your husband you feel lost. I brought a neighbour with me each time to be a second pair of ears. When private she went out of the room. Good to have a second opinion if I did not understand something I received, I have or emailed and things were explained to me.

Seamless Service
We have recently updated our wills for the third time; we have used Ashtons (Banks Ashton) since 1988.

New Wills
We used Ashtons Legal to produce our new Wills as their office was convenient to travel to. It proved to be a good choice as our requirements were dealt with in a professional and timely manner. We would have no hesitation in using their services again.
