Sarah mainly works with vulnerable children and adults supporting and advising them in the management of their financial affairs. Ensuring that her clients’, often varied and complex, needs are met, Sarah regularly deals with applications to the Court of Protection and liaises with various other professionals. Sarah also has expertise in dealing with the creation and administration of personal injury trusts. She knows her clients have often been through a distressing time and that they require guidance and support to ensure that their own needs, and the needs of their family, are met. She invests in building long-term working relationships through empathy, trust and understanding, helping her clients to feel more at ease when dealing with situations which are often difficult and worrying. Sarah qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2019 having joined Tozers in 2004. She became an Associate in the firm in January 2023.
