This was the first time I had sold a property and I also had to renew my lease on my flat as part of the process. I was recommended to Hart Brown by my sister's company who works in the same profession. I must say from the start the professionalism of your employees acommodating to my needs was very good. I worked near the Guildford office and used to pop in there to sign paperwork I dealt a lot with Emma Reynolds she was the assistant of Lewis Myatt who was dealing with the lease side. Emma was a breath of fresh air always nice to speak to very helpful in me understanding the process.
Lewis was the guy sorting the lease and again very professional in explaining everything to me. Then when it came to the conveyancing side Corinne Flannery dealt with that and like her colleagues very helpful and accommodating to and nice and helpful on the phone if there was something I didn't understand. Overall I don't have a lot of dealing with solicitors but I would definately recommend Hart Brown and would use them again in the future.

Excellent advices and services.
Lewis is a family-friendly solicitor. He gives honest advices to his clients. He has plenty experiences to deal with the difficult landlords and freeholders. He is specilising in the lease extension, EV charger wayleave consent and licence. I highly recommand Lewis and his team to anyone.

Myself and 2 others in our block of flats wished to extend our leases.It turned out to be a fairly long process as the builder who still owns the freehold had not done the correct paperwork 40 years ago so it took a long time to trace who we had to apply to to begin with.For me personally the process took between 3 to 4 years from start to finish.during that time I dealt with several people at Hart Brown.Lewis Myatt finally brought everything to a conclusion and the original builder owned up at the last minute making things more straightforward.I am very grateful to Lewis and everyone else who was involved in my case at Hart Brown.It was not something I could have done without their advice.I was kept informed each step of the way and had proper explanations of fees involved.

I met Hart Brown Solicitors were very professional and friendly. Their communication was really great. Always there was someone to ask a question. Sometimes when we need some help, easy to contact them, and always happy to help. Finally when it came to deadlines, they were so efficient and completed the job on time as we expected. Even when there were delays from other partied, they chased them to get the work done.

Great Service
I would like to thank Tamzin for introducing me to Lewis who has given me a exemplary service. I own the freehold to a block of flats in Wimbledon. Lewis has been working on the lease extension and shortly with his help selling the freehold.
