Shahd did a great job guiding me through the buying process through a Ltd company, it was my first time doing it that way, and there were a few issues along the way, and she did a great job making it as easy and efficient for me. I'd also like to give credit to the trainee/paralegal Londjana Gashi, who had to takeover the case due to Shahd needing to leave for maternity. She also did an excellent job, I'd recommend others to get other services from these two, definitely worth the money!!

Excellent solicitor and service
we bought a auction property 'wasn't aware will have to be completed within 20 working days.
she make this happen within 20 days.
Good customer service and follow up everyday till we received the keys for the property.

Client focused and extremely efficient!
Shahd was simply amazing!!! She managed to finish the work in about 10 days. I think the great thing is that she understands the needs of the client and is able to work at the speed required. She was also able to come up with solutions to some challenges we had along the way and still get the case done on time. Thank you so much!!!!

Outstanding!!
We didn’t choose this company but we were advised to use them by our mortgage broker and realised 1 week later how lucky we really were by meeting Shahd.
Our case wasn’t particularly straight forward but having someone like Shahd who is there for you even outside working hours made the whole process a piece of cake.
This was also the fastest completion I’ve ever come across.
Will definetely use her services for all our future purchases!

Exceptional service
We are a firm of mortgage brokers and have just had had the pleasure of working with Shahd on a purchase. Shahd is absolutely one of the most proactive solicitors i have come across. Shahd was under pressure on many occasions but dealt with this so efficiently. I honestly cannot thank you enough for getting the purchase over the line and for all your efforts chasing the Lender. Not many solicitors would do this. We will definitely be recommending you to future clients.

Phenomenal
We had used this firm many years ago when we purchased our first home and so used them again when buying and selling this year. We had Shahd Arafat as our solicitor when buying and selling. Our sale and in particular our purchase was not smooth sailing however having a solicitor like Shahd made it as easy as it could be . Shahd was super efficient , reliable , honest and diligent . Shahd kept me up to date with all the developments, she took her time with me to make sure I understood the process and what needed to be done . Shahd was very patient with me considering that I did ask a lot of questions!!!
We were very keen to meet the stamp duty deadline and whilst at times this looked unlikely -Shahd realised the importance of this and worked incredibly hard and efficiently to ensure the delay was not from her . Shahd also stressed this importance to the other professionals involved.

Simply Perfect
Phenomenal even. We had the good fortune of working with Shahd on the purchase of our first home, a new build Help to Buy property, and the experience was incredible. We hadn’t sought her out personally when looking for a solicitor, nor read reviews or anything, so I still look back and think “what a of good luck”.
Shahd was efficient, diligent, professional, very responsive to all communications, pleasant, and overall seemed to really care. I never once had to chase her up on anything; in fact, when deadlines get tighter and action was needed on my side, she’s the one checking up on where I got, chasing up other parties, and keeping everything in check. Emails and calls were answered very fast, and whenever her name popped up in my Inbox I expected reassurance that this part of the process is being handled.
I’ve heard a lot of stories from friends and family about their experiences with conveyancing, and the solicitor is always one more person to chase up and make sure are doing their job; whereas with Shahd I quickly learned that if something is up to her to do, I can immediately put it out of mind. No need to think about it, even though we’re racing against time to beat the stamp duty holiday deadline, she’ll get it done well and in time (and she did).
My broker has been in the business for 30 years and this is what he had to say: “your solicitor’s quite on the ball isn’t she? Honestly this is very unusual”.
If it’s not clear yet, I’d enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who’d listen.

Already recommended to friends and family
We used RFB for our first house purchase. We had Shahd Arafat as our lawyer who was a dream to work with. super efficient and responsive to all our needs. Replied very quickly to any emails, helped us a lot when dealing with tricky estate agents and just a genuinely nice person to work with. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Shahd Arafat
Absolutely brilliant, I had 9 new flats I was doing buy to let mortgages on (these weren’t straight forward mortgages) of which Shahd Arafat was doing 3 but as we progressed we binned the other solicitors doing the other 6 so she could do all 9 as the service was so good compared to the others. She took control of things that were nothing to do with her which made my life easier replying to emails and bringing stuff to my attention on Saturdays and sundays and it was thanks too her that we got it over the line in time. My mortgage broker has since put further work her way as a result of this.

Professional and quick
It was a pleasure to work with Shahd. She was very professional and fast and despite everyone else telling us we wouldn't manage to get our house during the stamp duty holiday she stuck to it - and it came through in time. Allways polite, fast in answering and giving explanation where needed. Thank you again.
