We went to Kalsi Solicitors GB Immigration for our Tier 2 General visa extension application. We had Negin Eskandary (Solicitor) who was extremely helpful and made our application a successful one. I am so pleased to share some feedback on the experience we had.
Firstly, she was very good in attending phone calls, whenever we called her, either she answers or will get back to us in few minutes that she will call us back later. She is a highly busy solicitor however always gives importance to client’s questions and answers them.
Secondly a very good listener who listened to our case very carefully and understood our circumstances. She was thorough and rigorous on the gov.uk Immigration Guidelines-General grounds of refusal for the requirements for leave to remain and human rights submission and confident in what she does. She prepared an excellent supporting document in which she included all the guidelines, explanations for each and every rule very clearly. Every sentence was very well structured, detailed and carried a clear meaning.
Thirdly, Negin is an honest and a kind solicitor to talk too. She is a very soft in nature person but very intelligent and cleaver solicitor. She is a very positive minded person. I cannot stop thanking her or praising her for all the help and support she has given us. We are still living our life in UK only because of her.
I highly recommend Kalsi Solicitors GB Immigration. The service and advice given was highly professional. Communication was prompt and effective. Peace of mind and excellent value for the fees paid.

Genuine, honest advice
I had a quick consultation with negin about my parents' immigration case, as I was thinking about bringing them here. She was so honest in her advice when she could have easily told me whatever I wanted to hear to get my money. She suggested an alternative option which would be more secure for my parents and it wouldn't ruin their immigration history- this is what you want, someone who is genuine, honest and thinks about what is best for you and not just their pockets! I will be signing up soon as a client and cannot wait to work with my solicitor

Would recommend!
I approached Negin after I did some research on good Solicitors around the area. From the first free chat, we truly felt like she was the right person to help me. My case is slightly more complex due to some unfortunate issues. Nigen took the time to ask me questions and listen to any concerns I had. Anyone with experience with laywers knows that usually they don't care to listen just want to push you for money!
