Excellent conveyancing experience
Kate Atkinson managed the conveyancing for the purchase of my new house and I was thoroughly impressed with her service. She kept me regularly updated on the process via telephone and email and was really clear with outlining the next steps. As well as the legal enquiries, she managed communication with the Estate Agents too. No task or question was ever too big.
As a solo buyer with a young child, I was quite nervous of the whole process but she really me put at ease with her diligent approach.
I have recommended Kate to friends and family and will definitely be instructing Kate in a future sale. She really was fantastic!

House purchase
Jenny and Lawrence were amazing! They guided us through our difficult house purchase every step of the way and were so professional and helpful. Really lovely people who were always prompt with replies and we really felt like they were on the journey with us! We found the BL&J app to be a very useful tool in showing us the process and progress of the purchase. Thank you both!

Head & Shoulders Above The Rest
I don't even know where to start with the service we received when buying our house from Jenny & Lawrence - outstanding, exceptional, incredible - are just some of the words that we can find to even start doing them justice.
Their attention to detail is unmatched, they were professional at all times but also friendly and approachable, they offered us advice and guided us when needed whilst also keeping us informed at every single step without any prompting from ourselves. Their service not only made our experience of buying our first house easy but also it was enjoyable!
If you are looking for conveyancing and you want to experience service where you will be looked after as if it were their own house they were buying, Jenny & Lawrence are the first and only choice in our eyes.

Highly recommend!
When we were buying a house we wanted to make sure it would go as smoothly as possible and I cannot fault Bell lamb & Joynson at all! We had Jenny and Lawrence and they were always quick to respond to any questions and helped us through the house buying process. If you are First time buyers and are nervous I would highly recommend picking Bell lamb and Joynson!

Great service
Selling houses is very stressful, especially when your first sale falls through at the last minute but Lawrence at BL&J was so helpful I can’t recommend them enough. Great communication and always up to date with what paperwork needed to be actioned. Much better value than our estate agents!

Helpful, Professional and Informative
I used Bell, Lamb and Joynson for the purchase of my first home and couldn't be happier with my choice. I chose them as they had been around for a long time and I felt that longevity was a positive when looking for a conveyancer. They helped me every step of the way and the online portal was helpful and gave me confidence that my communications with them were secure. Lawrence and Jenny, kept me informed throughout the process and even assisted getting the completion and exchange completed despite a major 'data breach' of the sellers solicitors which made national news .
We put our offer in on the 8th September and completed on the 17th November which is pretty impressive despite the challenges along the way which were out of mine and Bell Lamb's control.
I would absolutely use them again and would happily refer them to friends and family for any future requirements.
Even the people I dealt with on the front desk (Harry) when I delivered paperwork were helpful and professional and even double checked the paperwork before passing it on to the solicitor to ensure everything was in order.
Thank you Bell, Lamb and Joynson for making the purchase of my first home a pleasant one and making my dreams come true, but most importantly Lawrence and Jenny for the excellent communication and answering some of my dumb, first time buyer questions!
