I recently purchased my first property. As you can imagine being this was my first experience and not knowing the exact steps of conveyancing, it was a bit daunting.
However instructing the Thornton Jones team to act on my behalf was a great decision.
Emily, Robyn and Heather were the main individuals I dealt with in the team and they were brill. They responded quickly to all my questions and answered with clarity. They ensured they chased the sellers solicitors if things were taking too long, to keep things moving along.
They exceeded all my expectations and did a great job all around. If you're in need of conveyancing for a residential property, I definitely recommend Thornton Jones.

Conveyancing
Thornton Jones acted on my behalf for the purchase of my first house. I’d heard mixed things about this process, however it was made much smoother by great communication, prompt replies and knowledge. They were incredibly patient and helpful with me, as i was pretty clueless having never gone through this process before.

Fantastic Solicitor
