Wolferstans have been great to work with throughout the conveyancing process. Samantha Loveridge was always professional, fast to respond and did a great job at chasing everything up. Communication was good and it was a pleasure to work with her. The cost of the service was fantastic when compared to qoutes from other firms. I'd recommend to anyone.

plot Churchstow
I have been with Wolferstans on and of for many years and have had various solicitors for commercial and residential work. Unfortunately most have retired which means I get the newer batch. Each solicitor I have had has been good and Knowledgeable so the work ethic does not diminish. This purchase follows the pattern and I have great faith in everyone I deal with.

Conveyancing of my late father's house
I would like to thank Samantha and her team, Hannah and Sarah, at the Plympton branch for their help and professionalism during the sale of my late father's house. Any queries I had were answered promptly and although I had problems with the initial estate agent, once that was resolved by instructing another, everything was handled very smoothly.

The whole team at Wolferstans were incredibly helpful from start to finish. As a first time buyer, I did not know what to expect from the process and had many questions, but they answered them all in excellent detail and were quick in replies. Property Sale
We used Wolferstans Plympton as they were local and easy accessible, and as Wolferstans were dealing with my late Father's estate we wanted to keep the same company, I was very pleased with

House conveyance
We chose to use Wolferstans as our solicitors as they were quick to respond to our initial enquiry & were very competitive for the work to be completed.
We cannot fault them at all, we were kept fully informed at all times by Sam & her team.
If we had a query, it was answered straight away & they were on top of the whole process throughout.
We have used several local solicitors previously for other sales / purchases, however Sam showed great knowledge & understanding, highlighting things from the surveys completed that other's may have missed, maintained contact throughout & chased any queries!
In our experience, we'd struggle to find any fault at all & would highly recommend Wolferstans!
