A new Will and Deed of Appointment to dissolve my late husbands Asset Protection Trust
Advice was sought by myself and family, and Ann helped us to fully understand the implications of the Asset Protection Trust. With her clear explanation of the tax benefits we would lose out on by keeping the APT we decided to end the Trust and drew up a Deed of Appointment thus terminating it. Absolutely the right thing to do in our situation, and a huge relief to me.

Good Will Making
Finally decided to make a Will and chose Ellisons as they were nearby and a member of the free wills network. They have also been in business for a couple of hundred years which I found comforting.
Ann Coutts and Grace Kemp make the whole Will making process easy for me. I would highly recommend this firm.
