Home Buying
Buying or selling a property is always a stressful time, to put it mildly. My solicitor, John Spittle, was calm, professional and there to help me every step of the way. I was kept up to date with progress and helped with the legal jargon, either over the phone or face to face. My purchase was completed within a strict time frame. And I have Mr Spittle and his team at Susan Haworth & Co. to thank for that. I would recommend this firm for legal help and I have used their expertise a number of times.

Purchase of buy to let properties
Mr John Spittle has dealt with the purchase of two buy-to-let properties for me, both having unusual issues. The matters were dealt with smoothly and I was informed and advised every step of the way. Mr Spittle initially phoned to introduce himself and always responded to my emails and answered any queries I had swiftly which is something I had not experienced with previous solicitors. I would definitely use Susan Howarth Solicitors again and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Recent House Move
We recently moved home and the process for both selling our house and buying the new one was handled by John Spittle. You hear some horror stories around conveyancing but John gave us great confidence that all was under control and being handled in a timely manner. We could not have asked for more!

Conveyancing for flat sale
John spittle our allocated solicitor provided a good service despite the lock-down and we were able to complete our sale in reasonable time despite some issues with the original deeds which we had.
John was able to arrange for a timely correction to these and our sale was able to complete without much delay. (Lockdown aside)

House sale
From my initial enquiries I was impressed with the advice I was given and the professional, unintimidating manner of delivery. As matters progressed I found that those I spoke with were all polite and reliable, returning calls and email replies promptly. In particular John was reassuring when a potential problem arose in my affairs. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and would use them again should I have a need. The prices charged were pleasingly fair.
