Utterly usless. Our solicitor cant make contact. Our Buyers cant make contact and our estate agent cant get through. Contracts have been exchanged but no contact since. After being pased to a voicemail box numberous times I managed to make contact only to be told they cant speak to me. My solicitor since tried again and had no success.

Ellie was our case handler. Honestly we cannot thank her enough for helping out as much as she did. It’s been just under 13 weeks since we had the offer accepted so completion has been very speedy.
