A very supportive and friendly company

At the age of 77 this was my first experience of needing a Solicitor following a false accusation and I was feeling distraught,
My first contact was Stephen Rudge who advised me when I gave my statement to the police. He was reassuring ,sympathetic and believed my account of events.
When to my disbelief the CPS charged me with the offence I spoke to Ian Hodnett who was so kind and helpful and I engaged this company to represent me.
I was represented in court by Callum Morris who explained the procedures and options clearly before I entered a not guilty plea.
I had further conversations with Stephen and Callum and felt able to contact them in person, by phone or e -mail for any queries and would always get a prompt response and good advice during a vey stressful waiting time.
On the day of my hearing I felt fully prepared by Callum for all eventualities and his presence was calming and reassuring,
The outcome was the case was dismissed as my three accusers failed to attend.
I felt confidence in Callum and he represented me well.
I would definitely recommend this Solicitors particularly as I was unfamiliar with legal proceedings.

Fantastic representation

I would like to thank this company for the representation of my daughter. This is our first time as a family where we have required representation and has been a difficult time. My daughter was extremely anxious and unfamiliar with the process and from the start we were represented by solicitor Adam Morgan. Adam made us feel like human beings, he was professional but showed empathy and informed us stage bu stage the things to expect and was always contactable. No question was too silly and Adam was happy to answer anything with a warm and non judgemental approach. When is came to crown court appearances, we were then representative by Mark Nicholls who was equally as professional, honest and informative throughout leading to a much better result than we could have anticipated. Thank you for your support and enabling my daughter and my family to move on in life without a big cloud over our head. I would not consider another firm to represent us if we ever needed this in the future and will be sure to recommend them to other people.
