Most impressed by conveyancing solicitor

Extremely impressed by Jacqueline who dealt with our conveyancing recently (sale and purchase). Prompt, professional and friendly responses to all our queries right through what turned out to be a protracted process (no fault of hers or ours). On the ball with everything and amazingly thorough, we didn't have to chase for anything at all. A big well done and heartfelt thanks from us to her!!

Good value charity will

We signed up for a free will with a charity donation to the air ambulance trust. It was as advertised, we donated £80 to the charity when Dan visited and we got the will for no extra charge. Seem like a nice company

Really awful experience with this solicitor. Level of customer service is nil no responses until you are at your wits end and have emailed and phoned them several times. Don't ever expect a response from Karen Dodd until your chain collapses and she's then rude anyway! Complain several times and in writing and they will not provide a response. Documents left for weeks on someones desk who has left, emails go missing. They are good at taking your money but that's about it!

Appalling

An absolutely awful conveyancing experience over a five month period to do a simple sale/purchase with no chain top or bottom. The first two solicitors dealing with my case “left”……without notice. The third to take up the reins worked in their Trust department and eventually the fourth got the deals done. However at each change everything went back to square one with previously supplied information re-requested time and again. I was asked on numerous occasions whether I had completed certain forms or not so there was no record of or reference to previously held information. Emails to the so called Head of Conveyancing and the Executive Director were ignored and unanswered. At the end of the process I insisted upon and was given a discount on fees but this in no way made up for the months of stress and anguish experienced by myself, my buyer and my vendor.
