I used Blakewater Solicitors for an Islamic Mortgage and I was highly impressed with their service. Communication was clear from the start. They provided a step-by-step guide of the process and were proactive in ensuring things were in place or chased up on time, to reduce the risk of any delays. It was very easy to get in touch with the team regarding any queries and they were always happy to help. My case was managed by Ahisha and Abdul Hafeez, who were both excellent. Thanks for making the process as seamless and efficient as possible.

I have used Blakewater before and my experience as a returning client was very good. Both Henna & Ahisha were very attentive throughout and more than happy to answer questions. Ahisha provided great support throughout the process and worked very efficiently to ensure we hit the intended exchange date!

I would recommend Blakewater for any mortgage/re-mortgage work.

First time property buyer and Ayaaz was very honest from the beginning with the whole process of buying a new build with Islamic finance - we decided to go ahead anyway and Henna was assigned to our case.

The process was stressful but ultimately we completed everything in timely fashion thanks to Henna - she gave sound advice from beginning to end

One area I think that could be improved on would be communication - sometimes I felt like I was chasing up queries without any updates

Overall a satisfactory experience and would recommend to others
