This was not an easy deal due to sensitivities around ownership and the circumstances for the business coming to market.
From start to finish George and her team were excellent. George set out the legal framework of the deal very clearly and was always responsive to any queries or issues that arose. The advice was clear and always commercial, not just based around the law, and understanding the deal in its entirety and the ultimate goal.
All communication was very user-friendly, and the firm’s dealings with any people within the business were always sensitive and professional.
I would certainly recommend George and team.

The service provided by the solicitor assigned to my case was exceptional. I came to Barcan + Kirby because she had represented me previously. The legal guidance, advice and support were exemplary, and in a time of crisis, stress and trauma were with sensitively and compassionately managed. The outcome of the court hearings was the right one for me and my daughter, and one that I was aiming for. I cannot recommend highly enough.
