SAS Daniels LLP

Currently in the process of purchasing and selling with SAS Daniel’s. Not a firm I would recommend or choose ever again. They ignore emails, and don’t call back. Anyone you call to speak to is always ‘in a meeting’. Absolutely no client courtesy whatsoever. They are slow, I suspect have completely dropped the ball or the straightforward cash purchase of a retirement flat and there is no accountability at all. Utterly appalled with them.

My wife and I contacted SAS Daniels in order to arrange mirror wills.
We were immediately signposted to one of the partners, Helen Kelly.
Helen, swiftly arranged a meeting to discuss our needs. During the meeting, she offered some very sound advice and her approach was very professional.
Within a month, the draft had been amended and the final wills agreed and drawn up.

My husband and I have been in this morning to see one of the team on a will and probate questions . We did see two members of the team who were lovely ladies and very professional and companionate . Becky Tang was our case handler. I am sure her professionalism and competency clearly reflects the quality and brand value of SAS Daniels LLP.

Fact 1: Following home survey report(spent £250) with several critical issues we were negotiating with seller through Estate Agents for price reduction on agreed offer and mentioned same to the HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL Becky Tang.

Fact 2: Part of our deposit was being gifted by my parents which were yet to be credited to our bank account from overseas, however we have got ready relevant documents for this which would not cause any hindrance to buying process until bank requires the deposit to release funds for completion date(the same we did with our later solicitor at GORVINS). The INTELLIGENT Beck Tang was speaking about money laundering issues in our case as if we were notorious international financial criminals dealing with millions or billions of £s.

Becky Tang's highly professional acts:

1. She mentioned to the Estate Agency that we were not serious buyers and do not have intention to buy the property.

2. She mentioned to our mortgage advisory(who obviously knows) and again to Estate agents that we do not have any money to buy the property. When this was told to us by estate agents their words reflected the inner meaning(of Becky) as if we were poor people and unable to afford a house and wasting everybody's time and our resources like fools.

May Bless Becky Tang to be a good human being and excel in her career.

Because of her acts, later we have bought a better property in the same locality through GORVINS solcitors.

Within an hour of instructing this firm, we had a full idea of the process, the costs, what to expect and what was expected of me as a client.
I expressed concerns about some of the reviews online to our representative, Kim Rowden and she reassured me with initial excellent responses and undertaking to do a good job for us.
The service from Kim has exceeded all of my expectations, and that of all other solicitor firms I have ever dealt with.
She and her team were efficient, responsive and communicative in a manner I have never before experienced. I was astonished that after sending an email one night with attachments at about 9.30pm Kim replied within about 10 minutes advising she was working late that night anyway. Amazing and not the only occasion.
Buying and selling your houses is a stressful process but it was really pretty trouble free (totally trouble free from the SAS Daniels' perspective) and concluded without any major issues (what transaction ever does!?).
I'd certainly recommend SAS Daniels and specifically Kim and her team to anyone looking to perform any conveyancing transactions. Based on my experience, if you are worried about negative online reviews, then don't be. I'll be using them again for certain.
